AirVenture Information

AirVenture runs from Monday, July 26th until Sunday, August 1st. Average attendance for AirVenture is 550,000 people plus many more people. Every half hour buses take attendees to and from the AirVenture grounds to the Outlet Shoppes at Oshkosh while the mall is open. Visit www.airventure.org for more information.

Event Information

Store E70 (next to Eddie Bauer) at the Outlet Shoppes at Oshkosh. Store will be open nine days from Saturday, July 24th until Sunday, August 1st. Mall hours are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday to Saturday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday.

Daily Booth Rentals

We have weekday and weekend rentals. All booths are 8' x 4'. Bring your own table and chair. We'll provide table skirt and cover. Limited electricity available by request. Booth must be staffed at all times. Registration deadline is Saturday, July 9th.

Weekend Day is $75

Event Booth Rentals

Event rentals are for all nine days, Saturday, July 24th until Sunday, August 1st. Event cost is $350. Savings of $200 over the daily booth rentals. All booths are 8' x 4'. Bring your own table and chair. We'll provide table skirt & cover. Limited electricity available by request.

Backroom storage space available by request. Booth must be staffed at all times during open mall hours by you or anyone within your team. Registration deadline is Saturday, July 9th.

Consignment

We are offering a 70/30 consignment during the event. For each item sold, we keep 30% of the suggested retail price, you'll receive 70%.

How it Works.

• Provide a listing of products with the suggested retail price, along with your contract, by Saturday, July 9th.
• Drop off your inventory on Friday, July 23rd from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
• You'll receive daily emails with your sales.
• Replenish your inventory anytime during store hours.
• At the end of the event, pick up your unsold items on Sunday, August 1st from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
• Sales check will be mailed, along with a detailed sales report, by Friday, August 6th.

Our Show Coupon Books contain coupons from vendors at this show that visitors can use that day while shopping at the show.

Up to 250 copies of the Show Coupon Book will be given away to the visitors with a suggested $1 donation to Toys for Tots. Plus, each vendor will receive one dozen copies of their coupon to use at their booth during the show.

It's just $15 to be part of the Show Coupon Book if you provide the finished coupon art work. Need design service? For an additional $25, Digital Documents, LLC will design your coupon.

We are also holding a food drive for the Salvation Army during the expo. Please bring you non-perishable food items to the expo to help us help the community. Food item donations cannot come in a glass jar and they must have a valid use-by date. Cash donations are also welcome.

Please listen for our radio ads on WVBO 103.9, 96.9 Wisconsin’s New Rock and 99.5 The Wolf starting on May 5th. As a special bonus, Rob & Louise from 99.5 The Wolf will doing a live remote from the expo from 11am to 1pm. We’ve also partnered with Cumulus radio to help promote the food drive and ads will be airing on all of their radio stations two weeks prior to the expo. You can also look for our ad in the Buyer’s Guide in Oshkosh.

Grandma’s Kitchen will be serving food during the event.
